Paper machine is a general term for a complete set of equipment that makes pulp form paper webs, mainly including head box, wire, press, drying, calender, paper reel and transmission, as well as water, vacuum, lubrication, heat recovery and other auxiliary systems. These parts work together to complete the entire papermaking process from paper supply, pulp distribution, dewatering, pressing, drying, calendering to rolling paper.
During the operation of the paper machine, the pulp raw material is cut and transported through the paper feeding section, and the pulp distribution section screens the pulp and adds chemicals to improve its quality. Subsequently, the pulp is compressed and further dewatered by dewatering, pressing and drying processes. The calendering section uses high pressure and high temperature to smooth the paper and improve its quality. Finally, the roll paper section rolls the paper to an appropriate length and cuts it.
