Based on the supplier HZDC-DCS system platform for the process control system (DCS), this system is based on the requirements of the entire production line process control requirements for the overall monitoring and design. This system is based on the S1EMENS platform development, using S7-410-5H series controller, ET200SP series of remote modules, the upper system and the controller use EtherNet Ethernet communication, the lower system uses EtherNet Ethernet communication, the system of pulp and paper machine DCS communication using optical fiber communication, pulping and crushing workshop using optical fiber communication.
