Double-feed pressure screen is an indispensable equipment in pulp and paper industries, mainly used for screening raw materials. Its basic principle is as follows:
Screen elastic deformation: When the material passes through the screen, the screen will produce elastic deformation, which helps the material to be screened on the screen.
Screen vibration: The pressure screen vibrates the screen through the vibration mechanism to increase the number of contact times of the material on the screen and the screening effect. The magnitude and frequency of the vibration force can be controlled by adjusting the vibration mechanism.
Material separation: During the vibration of the screen, the material will form a multi-layer accumulation on the screen. With the strengthening of vibration, smaller particles will gradually pass through the pores of the screen, while larger particles cannot pass through, thus realizing the separation of particles.
